The situation
Patients looking for a medical cannabis card needed a clear, private way to find a provider and get through the paperwork. Providers needed a steady, compliant way to reach them.
What I did
I co-founded the company and ran its operations. We built a network of 50 websites that connected patients with healthcare providers, handled more than 2,000 applications and concierge conversations each month, and trained an eight-person team in the Philippines.
Because the information was medical, privacy shaped every system we built, including the software we used to handle patient records.
What changed
It served patients across Oregon and in other states.
