What I did

I joined through my company, United By Growth, as a project manager and the founder’s right hand, then became President in March 2023.

I owned the product lifecycle from concept through manufacturing, distribution, and commercialization: the roadmap, the contract manufacturers and logistics partners, and the processes that kept quality steady as volume grew.
